Booths Loyalty Scheme App

Booths approached us to enter a partnership to develop a mobile solution for their retail loyalty scheme. Out of this partnership came an engaging and immersive mobile app which provided Booths consumers the opportunity to interact with their beloved brand at a personal level.

We worked alongside Booths’ existing digital agency & the supplier of their brand new retail loyalty scheme to deliver an engaging & immersive iOS (iPhone & iPad) app with rich photography on recipes, ability to check their purchase history & view latest offers from the stores.

A new approach to supermarket loyalty schemes.

Commonly viewed as the ‘Waitrose of the North’, the high-end Booths supermarket chain - which has dozens stores in the North of England - has been going strong since 1847. Our mobile app, which combines clean design with a wide range of practical features, offered a 21st century solution to help it engage its most loyal customers.

One of the major challenges for us on this project was dealing with existing Api's that weren't conducive to iOS. Our development of custom components and clear Information Architecture meant we could re-structure and deliver data to the apps successfully.
