Can I trial the product before I purchase it?
We have an online demo available for you to try without having to download anything.
If you want a more personalised trial, you can also try fixx by downloading the application package and choosing to install it under a free 3 User license.
The free 3 User license allows you to run all the functionality and features of fixx, except you are limited to only 3 user accounts. This is the default license that is available when you download fixx.
If you decide to purchase a Commercial license for fixx (and enable more than 3 user accounts), you can just upgrade your existing installation by purchasing a license. You don't have to re-install the system or lose your data.
What payment methods do you accept and what are your payment terms?
We accept the following payment methods.

Our preferred method of purchase and payment is by using our online order form and paying by card or Paypal.
hedgehog lab's payment terms are cash only or 0 day. This means that any software licenses are issued only after receiving payment.
