What is the cost of support and maintenance?
Support and maintenance for fixx is absolutely free under the following terms.
- Our default support methods are by e-mail and over the web (forums/chat).
- We offer support on the telephone during our office hours (9am to 5pm GMT) but this cannot be guaranteed in busy times. This is because all our product support is offered directly by the developers, who might not be available instantly on the telephone. However, our response rates and satisfaction over the web are second to none.
