Our Mission

Rainbow Hogs  is dedicated to fostering inclusivity, awareness, and allyship within hedgehog lab and the broader tech community.

Objectives

  • Cultivate Safe Spaces: Create safe and welcoming environments for LGBTQ+ individuals at hedgehog lab.
  • Champion Active Allyship: Encourage and empower allies within hedgehog lab and the tech community to actively support LGBTQ+ individuals.
  • Raise Awareness: Promote understanding of LGBTQ+ issues within hedgehog lab and the larger community, fostering an environment of respect and acceptance.
  • Advocate for Inclusive Policies: Advocate for LGBTQ+-inclusive policies and practices at hedgehog lab, driving positive change within the organisation.
  • Cultural and Inclusivity Support: Provide resources and support centred around cultural and inclusivity calendars, promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Community Building: Foster relationships and collaboration within the LGBTQ+ tech community and organisations, uniting in our shared commitment to equality and diversity.
