Digitally Crafting a Better World for People, Planet and Progress
We embed social value into everything we do because progress without purpose isn’t progress at all.
More Than Delivery. It’s How We Show Up
We’re a human-centred consultancy where social value is more than a side note – it’s a strategic commitment embedded in how we work.
It guides how we support our clients, empower our team and give back to the communities and environments we’re part of.
Through every project and partnership, we’re helping to shape a fairer, greener and more inclusive world.

Impact Days and Our Social Value Fund
Impact Days
Every team member has access to five paid Impact Days each year to make a difference beyond their day-to-day work. These can be used for volunteering with one of our partner organisations, mentoring, or taking part in learning and development activities that support social value, equity or sustainability. How they choose to use their Impact Days is entirely up to them.
Social Value Fund
We’re exploring a dedicated Social Value Fund, with the aim of investing a percentage of selected contracts into community projects and mission-aligned initiatives.
It’s a step toward creating long-term, sustainable impact in partnership with clients and causes we care about.
Real Partners. Real Results
We work with a group of mission-led organisations where our team can volunteer their time, energy and skills using their Impact Days. Through hands-on support, awareness initiatives and opportunities to give back, these partnerships bring our values to life.
From tackling hygiene poverty to supporting mental health or creating greener communities, these partners give our people the chance to give back with purpose.

We Measure What Matters
We track the impact of our social value work, including volunteer hours, skills sessions, environmental outcomes and community engagement.
Where relevant, we use the UK Government’s 33 social value metrics to keep our reporting consistent and transparent.
Feedback from our partners also helps us understand what’s working and where we can do more.
