Building on our reputation for delivering world-class digital products for clients such as AJ Bell, CMC Markets and Tesco Bank, this move marks an important step in expanding our focus within the public sector, empowering organisations with innovative, human-centred technology that makes a difference.

Andy is a seasoned technology leader with over a decade of experience driving digital transformation across the UK public sector. Before joining hedgehog lab, he led the UK Central Government business at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he worked closely with senior government leaders and departments to modernise legacy systems, accelerate cloud adoption and harness the power of data to deliver better citizen outcomes.
Passionate about helping the public sector embrace innovation, Andy believes in using technology not for its own sake, but as a catalyst to make a real difference in people’s lives. His experience and strategic insight will be instrumental in leading our growing public sector practice with purpose and impact.
