Sarat Pediredla has stepped back from his role as CEO at hedgehog lab after nearly nineteen years with the business.
This change follows a planned transition, with Sarat gradually stepping away from the day to day running of the company over the past twelve months. Malcolm Seagrave continues to lead hedgehog lab in his role as Managing Director, working closely with the Executive team.
Sarat will remain involved with the business in an advisory role to the Board for the next twelve months, supporting continuity during this transition.
From a client and delivery perspective, it is business as usual. Our teams, focus and commitment to our work remain unchanged.
