WOLF was founded in 2006 and launched their first messaging app on the Apple App Store in 2008 – this app has now evolved into their latest offering, WOLF Qanawat.
They are experts in Community Engagement, Gamification and Monetisation and they are aiming to revolutionise interactive audio entertainment within Arabic-speaking communities by enhancing the digital presence and user experience for their platform.
The Problem
The client faced significant challenges in onboarding and engaging new users effectively due to outdated interfaces and disjointed user experiences. There was a critical need to modernise the interaction platforms to enhance user engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
