For such purposes, hedgehog lab serve and shall be considered as a “Data Processor” and our customer shall be the “Controller” (as both such capitalised terms are defined in the European Data Protection Directive) of such information and the responsibility for the security and authorised usage of that information lies with our customer. Our website is hosted by Hubspot and we hold your data with Hubspot and Google which are contracted by use for the provision of technical services. We take the security of your personal data very seriously and have policies and procedures in place to ensure our compliance with the DPA and GDPR.
We limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.
