It’s not every day that you get to announce you’re working with one of the UK’s most hotly-tipped tech companies‚ but here at hedgehog lab we’ve got the pleasure of doing just that following our partnership with Built-ID.

The London-based PropTech firm‚ which has been backed by heavyweight investors including Pi Labs‚ Nick Leslau and Nigel Wray‚ has developed a platform which allows property developers to showcase their projects to consultants and local communities.

With over 30‚000 projects already in their database and upwards of 1‚200 member companies‚ including Make‚ KPF and Eric Parry Architects‚ the platform provides a modern way for developers to forge innovative new partnerships and engage with local communities.

Now‚ the team at Built-ID are developing a game-changing new platform to complement their project precedent offering and have got us onboard to help them build it. We can’t reveal exactly what it is right now‚ but needless to say‚ it’s definitely going to shake up the property sector once it’s launched. Watch this space.

It comes after Founder and Chief Executive Officer‚ Savannah de Savary was was named Young Personality of the Year at Property Week’s prestigious Property Awards earlier this year‚ itself a testament Built-ID’s rapidly rising star in property circles.
