After 11 fantastic years at our office in Generator Studios, hedgehog lab is all packed up and ready to move into Newcastle’s newest smart, sociable and sustainable office accommodation, One Strawberry Lane.
Following our acquisition of Netsells last year, it’s the perfect time to settle into a new base for our extended team and enhanced service offering.
As we work towards our B Corp Certification this year, One Strawberry Lane’s focus on environmental impact and renewable energy was the ideal choice for our new hedgehog space. From its BREEAM excellent rating (acquired by only the top 10% of UK new non-domestic buildings) to its living-wall-lined atrium and extensive cycle-to-work facilities, One Strawberry Lane sets the gold standard for hybrid working with a social conscience.
With six floors of inspiring workspace as well as co-working pods and designated meeting areas, we’ve already got a pipeline of plans for exclusive event hosting, podcast recordings and – of course – doing what we do best: delivering human-centred, empathy-driven digital solutions for forward-thinking businesses.

One Strawberry Lane is one of the first offices in the UK to be specifically designed for the new hybrid ways of working, aligning seamlessly with our continued Flexa-certified commitments to autonomy and work-life balance.
The building benefits from SmartScore certification – the highest possible global accreditation for modern buildings and our bespoke office will include soundproof privacy pods for individual online meetings, as well as capacity for up to 35 people for optimal collaboration opportunities.
